Return Policy for Damaged or Defective Items

We work hard to make your shopping experience at JustCarDVDPlayers.com an enjoyable one.

Refunds are only granted if your order arrives at your door damaged, defective, or if the incorrect product arrives due to our mistake. To prevent arrival of damaged goods, please specify "signature required" in the order notes at the time you place your order. In the event your item does arrive damaged, please contact us via e-mail within the first 24 hours after delivery. We will either replace the broken parts if possible or ship out a new one completely at our expense.

Requests for replacement parts will be processed as quickly as possible. Please note we are not able to express ship replacement pieces.

We love satisfied customers so if you have any questions about this policy, please feel free to contact us via e-mail at admin@JustCarDVDPlayers.com to receive an RAN number.

NOTE: We will not accept returned packages if a RAN has not been assigned to the order. If you return a package with out having been assigned a RAN the package will be denied and returned to you and all associated costs will be your responsibility.

Credit and Return Time

Please give us some time to process your return/exchange. It takes about 10 business days for us to receive the returned or exchanged product back from you. Within 72 hours of receiving the item back in our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail that reflects that your credit card has been credited.

All refunds granted are for the purchase price of the product only and can only be issued to the credit card used at purchase.

Canceling Your Order

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please send us an email to admin@JustCarDVDPlayers.com within four hours of placing your order to cancel it free of any charges.

Don't worry! Even after the four hours, our friendly customer service will do all that we can to stop the items from being processed and/or shipped but there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it in time.

JustCarDVDPlayers.com reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing changes with manufacturers, pricing errors, ommissions, mistakes, or for any other reason. While we make every effort to satisfy every customer and fill every order, occasionally we make a mistake on our website regarding pricing, instock status of a product, or description. In these instances customer service will notify you of the mistake and ask if you would like to cancel the order or proceed with the correct pricing or information.
